I've been watching this particular PSU and $130 was the going price on Amazon. This is the best price I've seen in the last month. This is also an "A+" rated PSU according SPL's PSU Tier List spreadsheet

The 1000W was down to $129 last week. I'd probably hold for a deal on a bigger PSU given the fact they last awhile and GPU are getting more power hungry.

Good price. I paid $140 three years ago for the RM1000x and just put it to use. Your PSU will last forever but power cables change over time making it obsolete. Buy for what you have now and don't try to predict the future. A high quality PSU will handle its max rated watts plus spikes and remain stable.
