The firewall feature is a little wonky but, overall, Bitdefender provides good protection from malware and scams and their customer support is excellent.

Bitdefender decides to cheat its customers nowadays. They claim there're multiple versions of Total Security out there. No, I'm not talking about the 5-device subscription, 10-device subscription, etc.

Bitdefender just made up something like "Total Security, individual plan" to give them an excuse NOT to merge subscription with any other Total Security product, even when the 2 have SAME name, SAME number of device protection.

Do NOT merge the old and the new subscriptions together. Bitdefender will cheat you!

Better yet, use Windows default Anti-virus program. It's FREE!

I was thinking of this but I think Windows Defender with DefenderUI (or manually running scripts to enable advanced functions) should be just about as good.
