I've purchased other factory-refurbished Marantz items from them and it's basically brand new. This little receiver sounds great too.

Have had great experiences buying from a4l. They are official and legitimate and great deals to be had on quality stuff. Have a refurbished Marantz receiver that has been going strong for about 10 years now. Looked brand new and had every single thing in the box that would come with a new receiver.

I could be wrong, but I feel like they were selling these for $799 3-6 months ago. I know the Marantz 30 was $1399 for a while, then $1599, and has now shot up to $2499. Not knocking this deal at all. As this could be the new normal due to tariffs.

FYI. The parent company was recently sold to harman which is owned by Samsung. Too soon to speculate what they do or change if any but worth knowing
