The display model I bought had both cast iron and stainless steel grates, which the clerk didn't care for during check out.
At the store, the price tag might be higher, so ask an associate to scan the item and give you an in store price.

I bought one 6 years ago and I don't see rust. my burners are still shooting gas out of tiny holes instead of a rust hole. the stainless grate can still be shined up (needs done) I get it hot then take my wire brush dip it in water and the water steams away the grit. (I will sometimes use a stone for cleaning griddles to make it shine)
