I put the plastic cap back on after a cleaning cycle. Tap the shaver with the blade off after each shave, and the alcohol cleaning juice lasts a long time.
I do a quick manual clean like that after every shave, and only do the automated clean when I need to recharge. That's about every 3 shaves, and I only shave every other day, so that's once a week. Each cartridge lasts me more than a month, maybe even two.
I also, only do the clean cycle at recharge and recap them - each of these lasts me many, many months, probably close to a year.
A ten pack might end up in my Will. 😄
