Most of the alcohol is lost due to evaporation while just sitting in the charging station, rather than the actual cleaning process. So removing and recapping makes the carriage last much longer.

many reviews mention incompatibility with slightly older models. so if your current cartridges don't look like these, then most likely these won't fit your charging station

I put the plastic cap back on after a cleaning cycle. Tap the shaver with the blade off after each shave, and the alcohol cleaning juice lasts a long time.

I bought a 4 pack two years ago, and I'm using the 2nd one now. I have 2 leftover that should last another year or two.

Tried to find it in 4 NJ stores and no luck. One store's staff keeps put me on hold then told me it's full price even though I only asked for stock...someone must have been asking for the same price eh

Can anyone confirm this? I have the series 9 charger and there's conflicting reviews on Amazon. Some say it fits, some say it doesn't.

I'm using an old charging base from 10 years ago (front loading). My current cartridges don't look like these. But these still fit and worked for me.

It seems these last me about 2 months before the change light comes on. At $3 per unit that's like $1.50/month. For me it's worth it since I shave daily to have a like new cleaned and lubricated shaver each time.
