used for years now. these are awesome, they have 2 speeds, low and super fast - I use everyday on low and it keeps me cool. not sure why someone down voted without explanation. I even bought two more If mine ever breaks, companies tend to discontinue items that work well.

I have a bigger Vornado that sits on a desk and I like it. But what I find funny is on this product page they go on and on and on about how great it is and it's stylish and portable and blows a lot of air— 75 pages of literal meaningless marketing and repeating the same obvious features over and over — but nowhere can I find if this is plug in... powered by batteries, has a built in rechargeable battery... does it run on gasoline? Propane? Solar? Do you blow on it with your mouth to get it to turn or??

Did I miss it? Is it corded or cordless? Take batteries or it's rechargeable?

One other question. I have always heard of woot but never used it. See it's from Amazon but how long does it take to arrive? Is this the one where it has to ship from hong Kong and takes like 12-16 weeks to arrive?! Maybe that was Temu.

What if you have Prime? Since it's Amazon thing? Will see if anyone answers those before I lose self control and order one anyways. Hope it arrives before I die.

Would be funny if I died like in my late 80's of heat stroke waiting for my fan to arrive.

P.s. I love how even when products have cords, they're always photoshopped out. It's like, I know that 75" tv is NOT battery powered, so why is there no cord coming off of it in any of the pictures?

Woot is great. I've already ordered 2 or 3 things from them this year. Just sign in with your Amazon account to use the payment methods & info you already have on file. Shipping may take a few more days than your typical Amazon order but you get a great deal that way. Woot has been around at least 15-20 years which is how long I've known about them. They also used to have other categories of stores like Shirt.Woot where you could get cool t-shirts but now they just do clearance items like this.

This fan is corded, we have several and they are great small fans. As for Woot, it is owned by Amazon, which is why you can pay with your Amazon account. If you have Prime, you get free shipping on Woot, but it won't be as fast as it is with an Amazon order, usually 3-4 days for me. My recent Woot order was delivered by a Prime truck.

Woot still does t-shirts, they are just part of the main site. I ordered some just a few months ago.
