this is not IPS. It's a VA panel. I dont think I've ever seen a curved IPS panel.

I'd like a monitor for CoD on the PS5... but I am guess this doesn't have HDMI 2.1 like my five year old PS5 does. Does anyone know? Not sure how much of a game changer the .1 is but it's irritating to purchase something half a decade after another component and the new one isn't up to spec.

There doesn't seem to be an IPS with 1500R curve...look at the tech specs.
IPS can go as curved as 1900R (The lower, the more curved) that I've seen but has to be nano IPS like the LG's but those have oled's price.

Most monitors don't have HDMI 2.1, because monitors are primarily for computers, and they have DisplayPort, which has significantly higher bandwidth than HDMI 2.1. So, it's actually the PS5 that isn't up to spec.

Google is your friend.

The problem with IPS curved is that they are very expensive like oleds (Over 1k) and sometimes harder to get than cheap $200-$400 VAs.

Also expensive monitors are hard to get even if only a few years old unless you get them used or other means which lacks any warranty.
