If you use harsh chemicals like acetone - especially near more sensitive (never use near eyes or ear drums) areas of your body; have mineral spirits, then a decent dishwashing liquid to apply afterwards, to mitigate the extremely harsh swing it causes. Aloe applied last is even better for most.
