Mine has been running strong with about monthly use for 3 years. I will say it doesn't beat the brushless saws from the other big players but it better than all of their brushed ones.

So skil tool line has 12v and 20v and they are not interchangeable? Asking because I bought the 12v drill with battery last week for 59.

Some are, some aren't. If you search SD now the are two tools listed as 12V/20V, the car handheld vacuum and the brushless flip drill. They'll get more power when using the 20V battery.

You can get a better deal (better charger and better battery) for a lower price at Floor and Decor if you have one near you. They offer free store pick up.

got one from Floor and Decor for $63 with the 4Ah battery and charger. Works great for shed building. Only wish it were 7-1/4 blade vs 6-1/2, luckily includes 1 blade.
