Nice deal! For what it matters, I was at sams club yesterday and they have Govee 100 feet of cuttable led permanent outdoor lights PRO set $100 off right now as well. Also online. $239 after discount.

Bought a bunch of these at Walmart after season for 80 dollars a box. Walmart has been a repeat location after the holidays to buy these.

Love the idea of this but last year it dipped below -4 a bit. I'd hate for these not to be shining in a winter's night

Did you get the Govee or were they the Monster? Because I found the Monster at Walmart at $73 for 100ft and took the lot. Four boxes totaling 400ft for under $300.

dumb question probably and 1st time homeowner here. I have a multi-story house, and I don't want to climb a ladder beyond the first floor to install this. are there safer ways to DIY or do I just need to hire someone to get on the roof to install it?

I've had these for 2 years and they function at -50 degrees in the winter. The 3M double backed tape has held as well. It is impressive.

Safe way is to harness in to anchor points on the roof. If you're not familiar with that then hire the installation out.
I'm up on the roof reaching down under the eve every year putting up lights with no harness, and at some age I'll not have sufficient motor ability to do this safely. For lower pitch roof angles, there is a reduced chance of slipping.

Really wanted to like these but I wish they had a version of this but with that classic Christmas bulb look instead of the downwards projected light gone look. Anyone know of such a thing?
