Gotta disagree on that one. If you didn't, you should've reached out to Govee as I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I had one light strip get a failed led on it and they just asked for a photo and quickly after that sent a replacement. Same with a light bulb that wasnt working properly, sent a replacement with no hassle. They're one of the few companies I put my full trust in for great support.

Gotta disagree on that one. If you didn't, you should've reached out to Govee as I've had nothing but great experiences with them. If you bought these for Christmas last year, they should be under warranty still. Govee customer support will replace them.

I bought and returned these because it is way too short for any decent size tree over 6 ft tall. I ended getting the longer 99ft option for our 7ft tree.

i got one of these last year for a small pine in my backyard, i ran it all christmas time and then a few hours at night and in the morning everyday. Still going strong. I actually have to remove and re-install because the tree has grown and the light spacings are wrong.

I would recommend. Very pretty lights. I think they could improve their light patteners/color schemes a bit but you'll find something that matches what you want.

I am just echoing what others have said, but I also had a set of curtain lights stop working after a few months. I reached out to support and they sent a replacement out with no problem. So definitely let them know and they'll take care of you.

Do you have the controller/adapter in a covered spot or box? Listing says adapter isn't waterproof so I'm wondering how i'd use this in a similar setup to what you're describing if the adapter is only splash rated
