I'm taking a chance and ordered one. I should receive it tomorrow. I'll post a mini review after I've tested it.

just a couple thoughts:

Most of these sub $200 led projectors use the same/similar white label parts, just different cases and branding. There's like three or four different variations
These are pretty good for the price - but please do not comapre them to a $1000 epson, BenQ, or even an Xgimi etc.
I got one for about $40 a couple of years ago and its been cool. Not too bright but it is clear, easy to use, keystone works. It's been fun for outdoor movie nights with the kids. For those that tell you to "get a real projector" this was my first step, and I wouldn't have spent the money on a "real" projector unless I got one of these beginner ones first but ymmv

Is this 1080p worth the extra $30 vs the 720p $25 one from a few weeks ago?

I'm shopping for a gift for my brother, the world traveler. Anyone seen one of these with a USB cord for a power cord?

This is interesting. What is the fan noise level like? How close can you sit next to it without it being obtrusive. My use would be in close quarters with the projector directly next to me.

I have an Xgimi Mogo projector that uses USB-C for power that's in the $300+ price range. This one looks great with autofocus and keystone for less than $100! Anyone with first hand experience? Tempting.

Why is it bad. I have an H1 and it's pretty nice. But I have to admit it's bulky and doesn't have the keystone stuff.

I think for most in this price range 100" is the ideal. But with darker rooms and better walls or projection screens you can get a nice experience on a larger scale. As long as you can still focus the image, then the main issue is that brightness diminishes with size. So that's where having the darker rooms and better projection surfaces help. If your focus has a limit on distance, then that will be the max screen size you can get regardless. I think a lot of these still keep focus beyond 150", maybe up to 200".

I bought it and returned it. Way too dim, no autofocus, auto keystone is marginally useful and rarely works, forget using it outdoors unless you are in complete darkness. Get something better honestly.
