I have both the Fanttik T1 soldering iron and the Pinecil V2 iron. I prefer the Pinecil in that the heat is very consistent and it's lightweight in my hand. My favorite thing with the Fanttik is that it goes into pause mode in the stand after about 15 seconds of non-use. However, the Fanttik heat seems inconsistent, even at higher temps. I'll be soldering and the temp will drop for no reason which causes the solder wire to be stuck to the soldering iron for 1-2 seconds. Maybe it's just mine that has an issue, but it is problematic.

Thanks for the review. Here's hoping a deal pops up soon for the Pinecil!
