This worked for me, my renewal is around Thanksgiving, the offer is in a yellow box at the top of the page right under "Before you leave, [name]"

If you don't see the offer, you can just wait and try again. Mine pops up before I actually cancel.

I think they just let you have the service till the end date and not renew.

I got renew for $1 for 30days then $25 credit if you continue with annual plan. I wonder will it work with amex 50% back.
