I love stocking up on this stuff on steep discount. The secret in these are the B vitamins and electrolytes, that's what makes you feel good, the vitamin C for me is an after thought. And I think this flavor is fine.

If you drink these daily for a couple of years you win a bunch of kidney stones. Ask me how I know. Plus this flavor is nasty.

were you deficient in vitamin C? people usually fall for the marketing scam that it helps with Cold and Flu.

Why the hell would you think getting 1000% of the daily recommend dose of ANYTHING would be a good idea?

This guy is right there is strong correlation with megadosing vitamin C and kidney stone formation, so use sparingly. I wish they made a version of Emergen- NO C, I like it just for the electrolytes and B vitamins.
