I love stocking up on this stuff on steep discount. The secret in these are the B vitamins and electrolytes, that's what makes you feel good, the vitamin C for me is an after thought. And I think this flavor is fine.

were you deficient in vitamin C? people usually fall for the marketing scam that it helps with Cold and Flu.
