I was able to use the same phone number and email. It gave me a pop up saying my account details look familiar, and if I wanted to renew or create a new account. I just clicked New Account and was able to get the promo price.

sams club site charges sales tax. dont know why?

Have not been for six months which was not a problem when you have Costco. But they do have some food stuff I live. Plus gas.

Lowest price for a while without needing to hope for other promotions that send you a gift card to get to 15 net.

I paid $20 for working advantage account about two weeks ago and was surprised to see $35 sam's cash came with my 'new' account......

Good luck to people getting this deal, maybe that $35 sam's cash might still be active !

Is there any way to bypass the renewal restrictions? Been trying with various combos now and nothing is working anymore. Used to always just use a new email, but now it seems to be tied to credit card, address, or phone number. I tried a house number over, but that didn't work, I'm guessing cause phone number / credit cards are the same. Any suggestions how to bypass this ?

My membership expired last December, but when I try to renew through the link provided here, it only offers me the full-price option. How exactly does someone who previously had a membership that expired more than six months ago get this deal? Has anyone else succeeded at this?

Hum just canceled my Walmart plus never used it enough ot justify $98. $15 maybe. I guess if you went once or twice you get your money's worth? What is the advantage of plus? The is a Sams on my way too work so shipping not a huge issue but would like to do curbside pick up maybe?

Guessing I have to make a whole new account? Even though it's been over a year since my membership expired 🤦

EDIT: So I changed my email, still had errors, changed my card info (that didn't matter and ended up switching back to my other card) the thing that it was hard checking at the very end was my phone number.
So I guess sign up with google voice acc, if it's rejecting your signup. I might go into my old acc and request for it to be deleted so that I can use my main number again later.

Last year it was the phone number I had to change. I used a free google voice number. I also used a different credit card but I don't know if that was necessary.
