These jeans specifically are likely painful in one area due to the rise that's shown, ouch! The rise is supposed to be 11 inches to 11 1/4 inches, but these don't appear so. Best of luck to whoever braves wearing them, at least they will look nice.
These are the classic, original zip-fly jeans (famously shown on the cover of The Rolling Stones album Sticky Fingers).

Kinda sorta, though these aren't as skin tight as other jeans, skinny jeans are painful all over, for me.

My biggest issue is even though these are a straight pant that they fit tight on my thighs. I'm a smaller guy (I usually wear 31x30, about 150 lbs) but most other pants I can wear a regular fit and be comfortable. With Levi's I feel like only an athletic fit would work for me.
EDIT: the answer is Amazon ended the prime invitee freerider program at the start of this month.
