If you're thinking, "Oh, I'll just upgrade later." Well, they've installed a low-wattage PSU that will not handle a higher-end GPU all that well, which means additional cost and effort down the road.
So is it a good deal for the sum of the parts? I guess it is. Does that make it a good buy? Not in my opinion.

So again, your point is ONLY valid to people who make PC's. IF you don't, is this a good deal?
I don't think the 7600 is worth buying at all. The very lowest-end GPU I'd want is a 4060ti.

BTW Slick_Drone, I used to post just like you about component cost relative to good deals on prefabs and get into it with Suraysis years ago. Not sure if he/she is still posting deals. Just funny to find myself on the other side of the fence now that I stopped making my own PC's.
Clearly, I am biased LOLOLOL.
Although my son is getting old enough to probably build his own, I may be flipping sooner than later.
Can't seem to find the power supply of this Cyberpower.

Yeah, I think it's so-so too, you know there can be better.
