Just google "m1 macbook air battery" shows iFixit's guide as the top result to their replacement instructions that also has listings for both the battery only for $119.99 or the kit with tools for $129.99; both in stock ready to ship.
If you go to Apple's own repair site at: https://support.apple.c
As someone else already mentioned there's tons of results for just the battery from $20-$50 if you are ok buying from a marketplace seller.

Has anyone bought this deal before? The previous thread has zero comments on people who actually purchased it. What are the condition of these laptops?
People definitely bought these, it's a good price.Primary concern here is that battery might not be great since it's a 5 year laptop at this point. Battery replacement cost from searching on internet is 250-300.. So if ends up being not great, your cost is now $450+300=$750.00New macbook air m4 can be bought for $850.. And will hold value longer. They are 70% faster than m1. So if you end up getting it, and batteries good than it's a solid deal but if the battery goes bad than it's not that great all of sudden.
