I just bought and returned this after it stopped working. It also had some small dings, that didn't sit well with me. Luckily it stoped working during the 30 day window and was able to return it and decided to buy the ES655 from Costco for $450 in store. For what it's worth, Buydig's customer service was helpful and friendly. The ES655 has some worthy upgrades including being able to do a single shot, upgraded steam wand, plus you can't beat Costco's warranty and return policy.

how high is the chance that you receive a faulty device in coffee machines in woot? I never ordered this kind of machine before.

I bought the refurbished from buydig for about $300 including tax, which also came with a two year extended warranty. Although a great price, I didn't want to deal with warranty returns, and the exchanges would also be refurbished. With Woot you are only getting a 90 day warranty. My advice would be to buy from Costco. You'll get a new machine, some upgrades with the ES655 model, and peace of mind with their awesome warranty and return policy.
