I have those and they are kind of hard to put on. Also they don't cover one of my bigger outdoor facuets. I'm hoping these will but looks small. Still might be able to cover most of my facuet.

In your case, no. If you're draining the pipe to the bibb, there's no water to freeze, so you wouldn't need a freeze cover.
