Never played, considering picking it up. I'm not a fan a souls likes (prefer easier gameplay to unwind). Is it really hard or manageable? GoW 3 was just the right difficulty for me for the hack and slash titles.

It's pretty hard. It's definitely Dark Souls type difficulty. I couldn't get past the first boss
