I bought a Refurbished Thinkpad from MicroCenter earlier this year due to an emergency need. Refurbished - the metal surrounding the HDMI port was completely dented inwards and the entire laptop was shrouded in this atrocious looking black vinyl thing to cover all of the scratch marks on the laptop. For reference, I'm responsible for the IT department at 9 hotels and have purchased dozens of refurbished laptops direct from Lenovo - every single one of them looked 100% brand new if purchased from Lenovo Outlet.

Microcenter sends you to a call center that has the same info the website does. Can't speak to anyone directly at the store

That doesn't even sound that great of a deal to me. Doesn't black friday usually bring the CURRENT c model, samsung s90 model, etc... down to under $1k for 65 inches? This is last year's model and refurbished for not much less than 65s90f and 65c5 will likely be in a month or two.
