Choc peanut butter I really like. Use this stuff as my coffee creamer in the morning. Latte is also good in coffee. I like a lot of creamer in my coffee and the stuff at the store spiked my blood sugar some. I like the Italian Sweet Cream but has 2 grams of carbs but only for 1/2 tsp times that by like 10 and you have 20 grams of sugar in your morning coffee with no protien I can dump half a shake into my coffee and only have 2 1/2 grames of sugar. It adds up when you have a couple cups a day

I bought 12 chocolate flavored ones a few weeks ago. I don't know why, but they were clumped together. I usually add them to my morning coffee instead of artificial coffee creamers. Now I use Ensure Max Protein Cafe Mocha flavor. I also add a little bit of Atkins High Protein Chocolate Butter /Pecan flavor. It costs a little more money, but you get a delicious drink.

I've had these before and I think they're kind of gross. I am open to suggestions for other protein shakes, although I prefer nondairy.
