More info, since I clearly didn't do this post correctly. This is an in-store price. My store shows as having none in stock, and has them at full price, however in-store there were 7 on the hook, and they're on clearance.

I normally take a picture of the clearance tag while in the store so I can grab the product # and prove that the price is real when I post it later. I'm not sure if they added this feature in the mobile app, I usually have to wait until I get home and do it using a computer. Good find!
