Yet to receive tracking info for the phone ordered 10/13 but could see IMEI in the account and got a new number.

Where is $90 coming from? Two months of cheapest service unlocks the phone and it's $30/month.
first month is $60. You have to pay it when you order the phone
edit: my bad, looks like you can pick the $30 plan for the first month. You used to have to pick the $60 plan then call to change it for the 2nd month.

It may be possible to rebrand the phone to tracfone by asking over tracfone costumer service online chat but I don't know if rebranding creates an issue with getting this deal or unlocking after 60 days. From what I read online it appears to be a bit risky if unlocking is important.
There are LTE and 5g bands and not all phones support all. So, it may work on some carriers with limited speeds compared to others.
Both phones will work in Asia but performance will vary depending on the carrier's bands.

I did it with a different android model a few months ago & it unlocked as expected - but there's no guarantees with TW, things can always change without warning (like the unlock policy last April).

I activated the phone on 09/30/2025. I know that we have to pay 60days of service to unlock the phone. My 60 days from activation would be 11/29/2025. However, when i logged into the account, the payment due date seems to be the 27th of each month. Here is the timeline.
- 09/28/2025: order placed and paid 1st month of service
- 09/30/2025: received and activated the phone
- 10/27/2025: next payment due
So my question is, if the 60-day period from activation is 11/29/25 but the 3rd payment is due 2 days before on 11/27/25, will i have to pay or not pay the 3rd month and just wait until 11/29/2025 to unlock?
Will they cut my prepaid service immediately the day after the due date (11/27/25), and if they do, will the phone unlock on 11/29/25?
