Think we'll see $750 on BF25?

Also, don't forget about the following Best Buy promos right now for select customers.

All I can say is that the 256gb drive is too small and would recommend getting the 512gb model. The prices are pretty good for what you are getting though.

Confused why these are all being presented as new posts/ new deals every couple days. Price has been here for this model for weeks / months(?). At numerous retailers, including BB.

Agree 100%... This seems at best a normal sales price that has been able to be had since May? Not slick at all.

It does seem to go in and out every couple weeks though.

Yeah, the truth is that the sales end with $200 off and then they just reinstate the sale for $200 off. The only real sale on these devices was the military discount that other retailers matched at one point this summer that actually would be a slick deal. Everything else is pretty much the normal sales price now.

Anyone think it's worth the $200 upgrade for a bigger SSD? I've never had a Mac before so don't know if it's used differently by the OS vs windows machines. The alternative is getting a portable usb drive down the road. It's for my daughter for school so I'm not worried about music and videos or anything.

Which models though? Need at least 512gb storage for moderate functionality when you considering page files

These aren't new prices. At least for the 24GB. I've had it in my cart for the past few weeks and it's been $1,199. Can probably look at CCC, but this is not a prime price. I'm waiting on BF as this isn't a discount.

Look at her existing laptop and see how much space she's using. I cannot make 256gb work. I can barely make 512gb work on my laptop. My desktop has 3TB and my home server has 8tb. That said, my fiancée uses like 100gb total so it would work for her.
