I don't see how this would normally cost $3199; Apple seems to have a brand new one with these specs for $2499. (The price comparison matches what's listed on eBay, and $1679.20 is a significant discount, but it's not half off.)

With taxes its $1900, I use logic pro x on a mac mini i7 6 core, 32gb ram, is this a good investment? Or should I hold off for a different machine or an older one with more ram?
My mac mini crashes here and there when I record bands and have many fx going.. im just unsure if the cpu is the issue or the ram or both

Just a heads up, this actually refurb'd by 3rd party and not a brown box like guaranteecellular's other macbook pro that they were selling (m3 max for $2039). you're not guaranteed an Apple warranty

Yeah but since it's under 5 years old it should qualify for the AppleCare one if one wants. That will give you peace of mind since repairs on the screen are so expensive.

I contacted them to ensure it was apples to apples. Can confirm no extras like inc software or nano texture. It appears to be plain deception.

From the same ebay seller I went with a 48gb ram model instead, same other specs, came out to $2100, on apples site brand new is about $3200

Got mine tonight. Original factory sealed box with OEM charger and 3 cycles in the system information, this thing is brand new. Amazing deal.
