Sadly most of their locations are switching from labor intensive in house prep of many fresh ingredients like salsas in favor of pre-packaged not so fresh stuff. A move intended to save costs on labor. Don't be shocked if something tastes different if you haven't eaten there in a month or two. It's hard to describe how excellent Torchy's really was back before they began to franchise it and and before they got rid of the Maine Root real sugar soda options in favor of cheaper high fructose sodas. If only I had a time machine lol.
