Same here. I'm using a series pair as backup power for an ECO-FLOW Delta 3 Plus power station. I've also learned that the BMS within can be monitored/adjusted with the "Overkill Solar" app, a level of info depth and control beyond what the Eco-Worth app provides.

Also comes in at around $0.09/watt-hour

How are you using it as backup power? Are you connecting it to the solar input of the ECO-FLOW?

On the Delta 2 you can connect it via an XT60i and get 15A at 13V (so about 180W or so). If you get 2 you can put them in series to get 26V at 15A etc. The other option is to get a 12V AC inverter and a 500W DC 48V power supply and get the full 500W via the DC charger port.

Probably.
I have a 100ah Eco-flow plugged into my River 3 Plus with an XT60i connector through solar, and a 150ah Ecoflow plugged also with a XT60i into solar on my Delta 2.
Gives me 4x the run time on the River 3 Plus for about the price of the official small extra battery, and almost 3x the run time of my Delta 2 for half the price of the "official" battery. No neither of them transfer power as fast as the official batteries (limited to ~190 watts (15a x 12.8v), but I am running these below that level, so the battery input can keep up with my use case. If you need more power delivery, you can do them in series for more volts (so 2 in series would be ~380 watts)

Use case seems pretty cool. How do you charge these batteries?

Can I buy an inverter and use to power car camping for a couple of nights? This seems a lot more cost effective than the Jackery or Bluetti but wouldn't be a one neat package.

if you dont need that much battery, just go with all in one

it would probably be good for a couple of days camping.

For the 100AH I have a 10 amp Victron charger on it.
The 150AH I have a cheap 10 amp LiFePo4 charger on it.
I probably could just swap the Victron charger between the two every few weeks since they really don't discharge much just sitting there, but both are kind of a pain to get to, so just easier to leave them hooked up all the time.
I am about to loose the 150 AH to a solar setup I am doing in my shed (200 watts in panels, the 150 AH battery, 1280w inverter, just powering a motion sensor light, a temp sensing fan (shed gets in the 110°F range in middle of summer), and a few portable battery chargers.
I may grab another 100AH for Delta 2.

Battery pair wired in series bank (2S) so it's a ~24V setup, charged by an MPPT solar charge controller independent of the power station. (Alternatively battery bank could be charged with an AC charger.)

Battery bank connected to XT60i port on Eco-Flow power station (PS). PS has a 15A limit and a 500W limit. At 12-14V, the 15A limit wins. But with 24-26V you can achieve 500W without exceeding the 15A limit. (You can see how this works if you use the Power = Volts x Current formula.)

XT60i cables need to be ones with a 3rd signal (non-power) contact connected to negative, which signals "solar" to the EcoFlow PS. Otherwise you run into another limit of 8A that is intended to prevent overloading a lighter outlet in a vehicle.

Hope this helps.

Such an amazing deal I can't jump on because I have a Eco-flow Delta 2 I barely utilize.
I just run fans and lights off of my battery backups and a Delta 2 has plenty enough juice.
But too expensive to buy and hold onto "just in case"

running mine in series as well and what a pain. they lose balance after one discharge. always getting pack over volt when hitting absorb voltage.

Do you have it connected to your alternator?
