Got this in store yesterday and the clerk had to price match to make it work but there were no issues. I showed them the deal in my app and everything was fine.

Apple just came out with the Ultra 3 for $799 like 2 weeks ago, and I've seen some "deals" in the lower 700's on that. With the Ultra 3 launch, we should start seeing more deals on the Ultra 2. Good deal? Depends on what features are important to you - good idea to search some review & comparison articles.

Pretty good for new. Returb at Apple is a few dollars less. And unlike refurb at Amazon you can get Apple care on this. Got last one in LA area. Thanks.

Spec-wise isn't the 11 better since this is a 2yr old hardware by now? 3mm difference in screen size won't show much.

Apple Watch Ultra has no models without cellular. I bought the 499 Ultra 1 deal from Target. It was good because it was the model with all functions.

Yeah, the second gen didn't change much at all. To be fair, the third gen is also a very incremental improvement: the different screen size, LTE connectivity, and satellite connectivity are probably the headliners but don't do a lot for me. The faster charging could be much more meaningful in real-world quality of life improvements. I'm in the market for one of these and am probably going to bite on this. As someone who's been frustrated by Apple's lack of progress in improving their watches year-over-year, the upside is that I don't feel any FOMO on buying previous-gen hardware at a discount.

Every Ultra has Cellular built in the new model has Satellite connectivity. The Series watches have Cellular as an option.
