I'm kinda tempted to get this, as we're probably going to return the 5-cup Zojirushi IH model from last week. The noise that one makes while cooking is annoying, and this Cuckoo doesn't seem to do that (also it's IH + pressure). Would be happier with a different color scheme, though

Glad I missed out on the zojirushi deal as this seems like a better overall cooker and the small size is preferred for me. Check account section of your Amazon account. I had a deal if I opened up a business account, I get 40% off up to $100. I did that and added a few items to max the $100 off. Got this rice cooker for $101.57.... hell of a deal.

Have this. Rice is always wet wet. And not in a good way. At least it doesn't dry up the rice like the Zojis I've been using. Only use it as a backup when my other Cuckoo is running low.
