EDP versions aren't always just stronger versions of EDT scents, it's not uncommon for a maker to create an EDT scent and then when they make an EDP version they actually make some minor changes to the scent profile such that the EDP is not the same as the EDT. Comparing an EDT version to an EDP version, some people prefer one over the other not necessarily due to sillage or longevity but due to the actual scent difference. If you smell Ralph Lauren Polo Red EDT (a very popular scent) to the EDP version (not nearly as popular) to the Parfum version (reasonably popular) it's three separate scents.

Also, I have some EDT strength scents that project more and last longer than some EDP scents or even Parfum scents. Recommend going to fragrentica for reviews and breakdowns.

Did they change it? The previous costco sales were for the eau de parfum. Now it says Eau de toilette AND it's slightly more expensive. When Costco is trying to rip us off you know it's bad.

Did they change it? The previous costco sales were for the eau de parfum. Now it says Eau de toilette AND it's slightly more expensive. When Costco is trying to rip us off you know it's bad.

I used this years ago and it hit like a freight train on me (but it was the EdP, not the EdT) - a little bit went a long way, but then that's been my experience with any of the Versace colognes I've tried in the past. YMMV, but 6.7oz would last a long long time for me, but again, that was the EdP.

Purchased the red and the Blue ladt month. Everyone hates them. Literally been trying to give them away. Would not advise you buy this until you smell kt.

I got the EdP last year and its really nice. Strong, sure, but nice vanilla, I prefer it as a fall scent. Also like their Man au Fresh for summer.

For me this would last like a decade. Scent split is a great website to get small amounts to try out. I just rarely wear eww toilet cologne...

Hot take: I have the EDP and quite liked it at first, but very, very quickly got tired of it. Even after a year, I can't bring myself to wear it. The novelty wears off quickly and then you're (or maybe just me) left with a distinct and ultra prevalent scent. It doesn't seem to evolve much from first spray to dry-down. And maybe it seems to not mesh with a person's natural scent as much and just lingers on top. I instantly notice it on other people--and that's not something that usually happens with me even with other popular scents. This is all completely subjective, but I'd suggest to people that they should start with a small sample to see if they like it after a week or two. Really, 6.7 oz is a LOT.

I'm a fan of lighter smells like the Versace Eau Fraiche. This one smells too much like the perfume corner at Sephora if you overdo it. It's hard NOT to overdo this fragrance. Buy a smaller bottle if you can.
