Was able to get one in Howell, NJ, there were 2 left. When I clicked on check other stores on the website it showed me which ones had stock on clearance.

I buy this, then pay $10/mth in perpetuity if I want to control app from my phone? or is the $10th for advanced features like geofencing, camera storage, etc? had a Genie that was quite user friendly at previous house. current place uses Nexx on some old chainberlins (maybe 15yrs old), which makes a dumb garage door opener connected. curious if its worth it to do this but not if it's $10/mth for every ~10+yrs..apologies for the newbie questions..
