Ok so I always do this deal. Yes it gives you paramount+ free. My current account expires in a month or two so I used a different email.

ADDED BONUS: as soon as you sign up with code KICKOFF, go to your membership and hit "cancel subscription". They immediately give you an extra few months for free. My new one now expires January 6, 2027. Can't upload a photo as proof but did screenshot it.

I do this deal all the time for paramount+ only and it's so worth it

EDIT: sorry for my bad math everyone 🥴. I apparently am still stuck in 2024 lol. It's just a few extra months not a year. I corrected the statement above.

For years it has only ever mentioned the 30-day trial at the Sportsline site, BUT it's always gotten Paramount+ (w/Showtime) for the same amount of time as the Sportsline membership.

Check the comments of the other post for confirmation. https://slickdeals.net/f/18669346

Not only is it a year, but when you cancel they tend to offer you more months, currently seems to be doing it for another 3 months.

Didn't "select" any plan. Just connected my Sportsline account to my Paramount account (which had no paid subscription), and ended up with the plan with commercials and no Showtime.
Not sure at all why I ended up with a different result. Maybe it's because I used existing Sportsline and Paramount accounts? Neither were subscribed but both had past subscriptions.
Not a huge deal either way, just annoying.
Sorry to hear that... I also used existing Sportsline and P+ accounts. My P+ account was only ever used with a linked Sportsline account. I agree that if that's what you ended up with, that is more than annoying. Again, sorry.

Has anyone done this just to get paramount+? I highly doubt I would use any of the sportsline services.

Actually, when I add the code KICKOFF, I see the 60% off, but the offer for Paramount+ goes away. What the crud???

Yes, I do this often. I always create a new account, just in case using an old one would cause some sort of screwup.

This is probably one of the best streaming deals out there, now that the $1 a month Hulu deal is going away going forward.

Why do you think $1 Hulu is going away?

Few quick questions.
1st did you have to have a new account?
2nd Did it say paramount when purchasing? I don't see any mention of the buying part!

Sorry to hear that. Was the last plan that was on the paramount plus account the essentials plan? Maybe it defaults the the last plan used?

used a new email address for sportline.
sportsline made no mention of paramount+
I signed up anyway. Then there was a link to link on sportsline to connect to paramount+ and started a new account with same and email address as i used on sportsline and worked great.

>>Why do you think $1 Hulu is going away?[/QUOTE]

It was just reported that all Hulu content will be rolled in to Disney+ in a month or two. It sounds like they are doing that to help justify the increasing cost of Disney+.
