they're nice for stuff like ramen where you might want to make a few soft boiled eggs at a time and soak them in soy sauce. having boiled eggs on a stovetop and an instant pot, these things are a huge convenience factor and reduce a lot of the error in timing, and cleanup is almost no time at all

i mean, many people do religiously eat boiled eggs including myself and this thing is such a convenience.

From the description:

EASY PEELING & CLEANING - No more sticking your fingers in boiling water to peel eggs!

Who does this??

I absolutely loathe, no....no...no. I HATE peeling eggs. They never separate from the shell for ME. Maybe it's a secret technique I should try? Lord knows I've tried all of the others....
I add little salt on the pot and this should help. I boiled eggs daily. hope this helps

just did 28 eggs. they turned out perfect. I like the eggs medium. sure beats boiling them and having inconsistent results.

how do you do that with a rice cooker like this though, where the eggs don't actually touch the water? I'm struggling with peeling eggs from it and haven't found an easy way yet (even trying all the tricks I've seen online). might be due to them being soft boiled vs hard boiled
