Bought this last time. Utterly revolting. Truly one of the most awful, bland, prison dog food grade things I've ever tried. Just a pile of liquefied noodles overcooked by about 10 hours in the most hopeless orange sauce slime. Would need to be starving to ever consider it, and still would demand at least a $5 bill per can to eat it.

You took the words right out of my mouth (and then some)! This stuff is garbage! Some other varieties by this brand are gourmet quality as compared to this crap (but, in reality they all suck)!
Chances are the cans will be dented anyway....perhaps the rust that forms inside the cans might actually make an improvement!🤣
BTW....it would take far more than $5 for me to eat a can of this vomit-inducing junk (sorry, OP)!

Thanks for the heads up. I was just about to have a few cans shipped to a local food pantry.

Historically, it was delicious but one look at the label and those who remember, will instantly realize it's not what many of us grew up on. Then read just the first one star review and cancel the 10 cans you just ordered...

50 years ago, it was longer and flat thin noodles. Not elbows. Me and my sister fought over the last can and even ten years or so ago, it was a treat for my mother in-law. She turns 90 this coming year and I truly love her so I won't be sending her any of this slop.

This is how I feel about chef boyardee in general.
The ravioli makes me want to barf. Always has.

Like others already stated, I had fond memories of Chef Boyardee as a kid. But Conagra Foods bought it, and then they flipped it to a private equity firm. And the last time I tried it, childhood memories ruined. Recipes changed, lower quality ingredients to improve profit margins.

Still, at $0.54/can, this is a great deal to donate to a food drive. It's still nearly a pound of food flavored something.
