they said they are "reviewing your documents" and will get back to me.

i havent ordered shit from amazon in a few years that wasnt groceries from the local fresh store.

they suck

I've had this one since new. I've had a dozen iPads and this is one is probably my last. the setup is kinda a pain unless you already have a apple account as they require a bunch of setup stuff. I had a problem with my last one and they locked me out of my account twice. if you don't have another apple device as a 2 factor, they make it annoying. That said the lack of a home button makes switching apps a pain. tons of apps are still phone apps and don't format well. despite having more ram, the os doesn't use it well and still dumps programs out or ram as soon as you close them(slow). it still doesn't download stuff in the background, you need to sit there and watch it until it finishes. still no "close all apps" and you can't push apps to the device from another device. the wifi is not that great. you'd think such a large device would blow away my phone. it does not. it's also 6, not 6e or 7 my android had 4 years ago. The camera doesn't have a flash that limits it usefullness. That said, they finally put in decent sized storage on the "cheap one".

I think that was a special Prime Day deal on the "Amazon Resale" iPads . You can still find the used ones out there, but the discount is gone so they're basically the same price as a new one.

I'm a diehard Android fan, but iPads are unbeatable for tablets. The OS is easy to navigate, and the newest version (26) is much more useable now that you can resize screens for multi-app use. I have a Pixel Tablet that sits in a drawer because the battery life is terrible. iPads are much better for battery life and developers spend more time on making iOS apps functional.
