The B650E-E TUF supports PCIe 5.0 for the GPU and M.2 by default. It's the B650-E TUF that requires a BIOS update (6/2025) to enable PCIe 5.0 for the GPU.

why's it so hard to get a 9800x3d or 9950x3d w/ an asus rog/maximus/workstation level combo? Sick of their asus prime line being the only one on actual sale, or b-series, or older chipset mobo's. I've seen some intel deals lately that make me want to delid them and do direct die cooling instead of de-lid, liquid metal, and re-lidding.

This deal is actually not as good for people that wants 64GB CL30 memory. 200 dollar upgrade makes this bundle too expensive. 570+200=770.
399: 9800x3d
150-199: B850 MB or X870
200-250: DDR5-6000 CL30 64GB.

Buy the bundle. sell the 32gb ram for $75 on ebay and buy your 64gb ram on ebay for $120. Nothing wrong with a bit of extra work 😂 we're all slickdealer's for a reason.
