This may be a dumb question (or may not be allowed) but I see there is a "bundle" option which comes with a soundbar/subwoofer (https://www.amazon.com/TCL-65-Inc...FQSG2?th=1) and it looks like it lists the price of the QM8K as $925.28.

I know I've seen other deals where you buy a bundle and return "unwanted" parts of the bundle for a refund (I think there was a deal for a Kindle Paperwhite Signature with case/wireless charger, and I returned the wireless charger but kept the PW/case for less than buying the PW/case separately).

It shows in my cart/order summary as two separate items (with separate shipping dates) and separate prices. Just wondering... is this a small additional savings off the $948 price? Would this work, and/or is it allowed? Or will I be stuck with a $272 soundbar/subwoofer I don't want.

According to Rtings...

The TCL QM8K is better than the Hisense U8QG. The TCL has much better black uniformity, with less haloing around bright spots in the scene. The TCL also has better processing, especially in HDR, where the Hisense boosts its brightness too much, resulting in a brighter image than the content creator intended. The TCL is also better for gaming, with lower input lag at 60Hz and 120Hz and a faster response time.

The Hisense U8N and the Hisense U8QG are very similar overall. The U8QG has better contrast for deeper blacks, does a slightly better job cleaning up low-quality content, and gets brighter in its dedicated gaming mode. The U8QG also supports 4k @ 165Hz and 1080p @ 288Hz, and it has a USB-C alt-display port. However, 288Hz and VRR don't work when using the new port. On the other hand, the U8N has lower input lag overall and faster pixel transitions for smoother motion. In reality, these differences are minor, and you'd be hard pressed to notice a difference if you had the two TVs side by side.

Overall, I like my TCL but I will never buy another TV with a 10/100 mbit ethernet port which they all seem to still have these days for some reason. With modern media, it's entirely possible to exceed that bitrate which can make some things unwatchable unless you can move your modem/router closer to the TV for better wifi signal, which I cannot do.
