I'm guessing if it was refurbished by Sony they verified the code worked or just put in a new code.

They were implying that if the code was used it didn't function as intended and you could get a refund.

This would be an incredibly tempting deal if Sony hasn't basically abandoned the PSVR. I thought there would be more games that were announced at Sony's last event that at least supported PSVR, like RE7 or NMS, but man, was it quiet on that front.
