The Choco Mint and Galactic Brownie are really good and have Milk/Whey proteins as their main sources.

The cookie is good too but first ingredient is Soy protein.

Although all the Pure Protein bars are made up of some mix of Milk / Soy & Whey protein's


Also in b4 the first karen brings up all the chemicals... we know its laden with chemicals

Thanks for this post! I was originally subscribed to quest bar but immediately switched to 3 boxes of this. I prefer the taste of these and it's even cheaper!

Good to know. Wish it was milk protein instead of soy. I got the cookies and cream. Oh well. At least it's better than candy bars. And the protein seems to be complete. 1g:2%

The typical reason to prefer whey over soy is higher protein content, but in the examples you gave, the one with the soy has higher protein.Soy is a great source of protein

They have the protein, but no fiber. I usually just get the Kirkland bars that are around $1 a bar which similar to Quest nutrition at least.

Damn. I wish I read this earlier. Didn't know Brookie was soy. Brookie, choco mint and galactic brownie are their top flavors for sure. I typically eat Kirkland bars but these are nice to switch it up
