In for 5. Daughter is addicted to these things. And most beverages somehow became super expensive - outside of good ole Arizona Ice Tea.

Just curious, (outside of what research says) at what age were you comfortable giving 100 mg of Caffeine and Citicoline every day to your kids?

Citicoline is a naturally occurring brain chemical and a potent nootropic compound. It's been proven safe. I also give her a small dose of creatine semi-regularly, as recent studies have proven an improvement in brain function.

The caffeine content is in line with a cup of coffee. Two sodas are nearly inline with that, but with a much more unhealthy dose of sugar and artificial flavorings, dyes, etc. And she gets one a day at lunch, so her sleep isn't affected.

Not really sure what you're getting at here unless you work for a competitor.
