There is nothing in the Amazon listing identifying these earbuds as used or renewed. Why do you say they are "Used -Like New?"
I now see the invoice lists the condition as "Condition: Used - Acceptable." Doesn't exactly sound like "Like New." Oh well. If they don't look like new with a new set of tips I will be sending them back.

There are multiple conditions available. You have to scroll down to the Used - like new section
also these are compatible with pro 1 case! just had to cut a hole for the speaker
I see this more and more when buying used. When multiple conditions are available the junkie fulfilling the order does not give a shit and just packs item that is easiest to reach.
