If you already have an expensive gaming PC, this is def worth a purchase to try some PCVR games.
What about the ps5 vr2? I just got one for 140 is it worth getting the steam adapter to use it on my pc
It was not that complicated to get hooked up and working with my Gaming rig. I saw people saying the hand controllers from PSVR2 can be a PITA, but my PC found them and synced them without issue.
With this setup, I could play both Alyx and Beat Saber without much effort.
Would I run out to buy a PSVR2 AND an adapter at retail to do this? No.
But at a discount like you are describing, its not a bad deal to be able to play VR Games on your existing PC.
