Amazon if you have Prime Card, has 10% Cash Back. I think this goes to 12% Cash Back if you opt for 7% Cash Back at shipping.
128GB model is $249 w/ Cardboard Hero ($45 value) and 3 months Horizon+
256GB model is $329 with Batman ($50 value) and 3 months Horizon+.
Just some more good options depending on what you are looking for.

I believe you are mistaken on how the cash back works. When checking out if it states 7% cash back, it is 5% from the Prime Card plus an addition 2% from selecting the slower shipping; Not 5% plus 7% from the slower shipping.
