if we talking strictly about gaming: the B580 is too slow for the extra 4G (or whatever more vram) to even be a factor when comparing to the 9060xt.
outside of gaming, then maybe those vram would be valuable.

I would look at the used market around 300. You may pick up some good deals like a 4070
