are you legitimately asking random strangers on the internet, with zero knowledge about the size of your house, this question?

like... honestly. think about this for a second.

if you cant figure out why that is crazy, then no. you definitely cannot install it yourself.

Reading the reviews, someone mentioned it was more like 45ft of lights. Several mentioned they stopped working soon after purchase & installation.I was hoping for better reviews.
a great reason to try them from costco!

I bought the Enbrighten version of these (also on Costco) and they are great. I've had them up for a little over a year. They were very easy to install (I have a ranch house, which helps). I had one small issue where one bulb wasn't shining the same color white as the others and they sent out a new strand immediately (they are in 16' sections). While they were shipping the light fixed itself and has never been an issue, so now i have an extra strand just in case.

I highly recommend the Enbrighten as they are quite a bit cheaper, they keep updating the software with fun lighting effects, and their customer service was great.

sigh, they sound like my friends during conversation who will randomly ask me how much their car is worth without knowing what year, and miles, sometimes even model of their cars...(I'm in the car business)

If you are a member, Sam's Club has the Govee 100-ft Cuttable LED Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro for $239 but keep in mind these are the Pro (cuttable) version but only 100' versus Costco's 150' (not really cuttable) version.

I got them through Costco warehouse at $329 each last month and I just want to share some tips - this is a great deal and I love these lights! I'd recommend clean your gutter and wash your house first.
If you have outdoor outlet in your house, you're set. Without it but assuming you have an exterior wall light, you may be able to convert that bulb housing with a pluggable type. Or, change your exterior wall light with built in plug. The kit comes with brackets which you will need, don't just rely on the double tape that comes with it. This kit comes in 9 strands and short extension wires so you don't need splicing. H805C is the model number for the Govee Permanent Light Elite 150 ft. that Costco sells - in case you need to purchase additional extension, etc. good luck everyone!

Depends on your setup but I found the best way was to go through the soffit and plug into the garage door opener outlet on the ceiling.

Is it safe to say that you want the white one if you're installing on white paint or is it different in person and that black is actually better?

elite vs Lights 2? any major differences?
If I remember correctly, the Elites don't come with the screw in mounts. That may be out of date info though.

How many of them required to cover the house approximately? And can it be self installed or can be done by handyman?
you'll need 1 set for every 1,000 square feet of house area...so if you have 2,500 of living space you will need approximately 3 sets ... and yes, you can DIY it, no need for professional install
