No DRAM, but at 8TB, you shouldn't be using this as an OS drive anyways.

I'm surprised this doesn't have more reviews at Amazon. The one bad review I saw complained about sustained write speeds: but that's an issue with every NVMe drive. They can write fast to a cache (e.g. SLC), but once the cache is full, they slow down.
